The Way Huge Green Rhino MkV refines a modern pedalboard favorite with a smaller footprint and streamlined tonal controls. All the growl and the grit remain, with an added Curve control for taming harsh top end when the Rhino bears down. The Freq control provides mid-frequency fine-tuning, with cut and boost at an internally set 100Hz or 500Hz. The standard Volume, Tone, and Drive controls offer up a vast range of overdrive from subtle breakup to crunchy distortion, and guitarists at GearNuts have adopted the Green Rhino as a go-to lead boost for punching up sustain and adding a crisp, tight edge to their tone. The Green Rhino MkV may be the smallest Green Rhino yet, but it has a massive sound that will give your rig a new attitude.
